Climate Action Training Resources

A set of resources produced by IPEN for the 52 Climate Actions project, with a particular focus on Community-led Climate Action Training that permaculture teachers can initiate and facilitate. The draft Session Plan and Tutor / Facilitator Notes below are offered for use and/or adaptation as you with. The core focus of the 52 Climate Actions project has been doable and significant mitigation, adaptation and sequestration actions that can be taken, particularly in the minority ‘developed’ world, which has by far the highest impacts.

Already in 2019, Permaculture South Australia has run a successful Community Climate Action Training and Engagement project, with weekend training and community climate action dinners, partnering with David Holmgren’s Retrosuburbia training and events.
